Today, I'd like to share a couple of things.
First, my Etsy shop is up and running. I've added new tab under the blog title with a direct link for your convenience. Most of my quilts are commissioned works; however, from time to time I will make something on a whim because something inspires me. These are the quilts you will find for sale in the shop. I will post here when I list new items. If you want to receive automatic updates, I suggest following with Bloglovin' or following the RSS feed (see left side bar).
Next, the Modern Quilts: Redesigning Traditions exhibit at the Ontario (California) Museum of History and Art is now open. If you are on Facebook, you can see some great photographs by Paul Broeker here. This is the quilt I have hanging in the exhibit. If you scroll through Paul's pictures, you'll see it hanging among some beautiful quilts.
I wanted to take a moment to share the details of the Modern Quilts: Redesigning Traditions exhibit at the Ontario, CA Museum of History and Art. My quilt, Hexie Rebellion, was accepted to hang in the show. This quilt is a modern interpretation of a traditional hexagon quilt.
